Free shipping on every order

All Pawsh orders ship free to every address in the United States. No minimum order. No handling fees. No surprises at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. The majority of customers receive their orders within 10 business days.

A note on timing: our products ship from partner fulfillment centers to ensure quality and availability. This means delivery takes a few days longer than same-warehouse services — but it also means we can source and maintain a higher standard of product than what's available locally.

Order processing

Your order is confirmed and processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of your purchase, please contact us — we'll look into it immediately.

What if my order is delayed?

Carrier delays occasionally happen, especially around major holidays. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, reach out and we'll resolve it — either by locating the shipment or sending a replacement.
