How to Return an Item

- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us (we provide the return label for defective items).
- Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the original. Just contact us with a photo of the issue and we'll take care of it same day.
Exchanges
Want a different color or item? We're happy to exchange within 30 days. Contact us and we'll set it up.
Refund Timeline
